the patch did NOTHING!

Bought DC
Bought 2k10
Played 29 games in NBA, found out there's a clone >> Deleted
Workaround clone, Played 26 games in NBA, Cpu plays My player, Cannot get into game >> Deleted
Workaround clone, Played 31 games in NBA, read that the patch is coming and i dont have to start over
RON: "its coming tuesday" (so why not just wait)
Wait almost 1 month for patch...
Deleted everything... Downloaded n got excited. PS. gameplay improved
Played summer league, Can't change teams, still getting cloned >> Deleted
Workaround clone, finish summer league, now game froze before I get to NBA...

Before patch i played 100+ games of 9 min quarters, esp the dreaded pre-nba games FOR NOTHING!
I wasted so much time and yet it still will not work correctly.
Patch DID NOT HELP, it's even worst. Clone does not bother me THAT much but freezing before i get into the NBA??? seriously WTF is that about. I never had that prepatch. So how did the patch help me?

Not only that, i spend countless hours on these stupid forums reading and figuring out ways to get things to work while i listen to KIDS *****... not fun. not a fan of forums but im on here now...

Can I just play the game please?

I haven't played this game because I wasn't allowed to. 2k didn't want to allow me to be able to play. My game had the problem where the away team didn't show up. The patch was supposed to fix it. So last night, I turned the game on and downloaded the patch. It did nothing. The same problem still occurred and I had to quit the game.
