Good, fair enough. I've never really hated any player in the NBA, although I'd have to say Rondo is coming pretty ****ing close to popping my cherry in that regard.

lol, for me it's f... the Celtics I might be a Laker but it's fair enough to say that team has a few guys that are pretty non like-able, and Rondo haughtiness is beyond the roof right now, I always thought the guy was humble but he's either been influenced greatly or that's been him all along and that ring brought the worst out of him

That wasn't the point of the post at all, however.

The point was that the NBA has an interest in letting the flashy / offensive / spectacular player get the "benefit of the doubt" over the hard working / not-so-spectacular counter part.

It really had nothing at all to do with Kobe however, that was just an example. My point was that, unlike what Kobe-nistas usually like to make it sound, Lebron doesn't have a monopoly on getting star-calls. That's how the NBA has always worked.

Why? Because the flashy, showboating superstars is what makes money.

You probably dont hate kobe and those guys and Ididnt say I hate him either just not his number 1 fan cuz I get sick of hearing about him, although i was happy he won the championship with out shaq so he could shut him up. All ur reasons for not liking lebron sound like hate too me, maybe I'm just wrong, you cant just sit up there and talk down one of the top players game in the nba and say you dont hate, you have too the guy has a 27 ppg career average he must have some game.
