Here is my solution for the whole profile pic fiasco this year. How about all the profile pics be graphical renderings like Ryan Braun's or Joba Chamberlain's or Andrew Miller, Reggie Willits, Ian Kennedy, etc etc etc. Maybe do the pics like it's done in WWE Smackdown vs. Raw 2008, where once you finish editing or creating someone, you take a picture of them yourself and it is used. That way the pics can be changed based on the team a player is on.

As far as graphical fixes:
-Better skin texture
-More realistic jersey sleeves
-Better face shape/jaw structure and jaw line definition
-Much much much better hair texture, color and overall hair look
-Better caps, better coloring on the caps, more realistic look for the cap, and slightly larger cap logos
-More interactive crowds
-Sweat needs to either look much more realistic or be taken out. The sweat looks awful. Maybe just make the players get shinier as they sweat, not see actual single sweat beads.
-Better looking dugout players and managers.
-Better injury cut scenes
-More player specific home run celebrations. Less HR celebrations out of the box. Not everyone does some sort of showboating after hitting a HR. Everyone in the game does. Maybe have most people just hit it and run out of the box like normal or run out a little slower.
-The HR cut scenes, maybe have them be a little longer. The people can trot the bases a little longer, show replays, always show them stepping on homeplate and getting a high five or something from the on deck hitter. The pitchers need to have more than just that one scene after a hr where they stand really stiff and pump their fist in anger. More scenes showing the pitcher.
-Bring back the 7th inning stretch, and maybe have in game, key plays and defensive gems highlights while the song plays in the background and the crowd sings along.
-Completely change the rain delay stuff, improve that. It's in need of major fixes.
-Better, more interactive create-a-player and edit a player. for real guys, real major leaguers, no face, height or name changes, but hair changes, facial hair changes, equipment and cap style, uni style changes, batting stance changes, etc. For created guys and generic minor leaguers, everything can be edited, including which face they have.
-More generic faces. This game repeats the same 40 faces over and over again. Have over 300 or 400 faces and use them all, not the same ones over again. And maybe use similar ones, but change them by adjusting skin tones, hair styles and facial hair to make them different.
